- 2 Tbs Salt
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 2 Tbs Brown sugar
- 2 Tbs Ground cumin
- 2 Tbs Chili powder
- 2 Tbs Black pepper freshly cracked
- 1 Tbs Cayenne pepper
- 4 Tbs Paprika
