Angelini Grill Bruschetta

 
Ingredients:
  • 2 Ripe plum tomatoes
  • 3 Leaves fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 Tbs Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Crusty italian rolls
  • 1 cl Garlic, cut in half
Directions:
  1. Finely chop the tomatoes and basil. Mix them in a bowl with parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cut the rolls in half. Toast them under a hot broiler for a few minutes, until nicely golden. Remove from oven, and rub the toasted side generously with the cut side of the garlic clove. Top each piece with a portion of the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
