Baked Fish Au Gratin

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb Haddock or sole fillets
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 cn Cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbs Parsley
  • 1 dash Paprika
Directions:
  1. Dip fish in flour. Arrange in Pam-sprayed baking dish. Blend cream of celery soup and milk. Spread over fish in pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese, parlsley and paprika. Bake at 350 F. for 45 mins. until fish flakes easily with fork.
  2. NOTES : Can do in Microwave for 6-7 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. An easy, delicious fish dish we have made for years..
