- 4 Bananas peeled
- 200 g Cooked white rice (any type)
- 4 Tbs Soft dark brown sugar
- 4 Tbs Dark rum
- 4 Tbs Chocolate nut spread
- 500 g Natural Greek yoghurt
- 4 Crisp biscuits or wafers to decorate

| Directions: |
- Chop half the bananas into the bases of four stemmed glass goblets or tumblers.
- Put the rice, sugar, rum, chocolate nut spread and half the yoghurt into a food processor. Whizz to a speckled marbled puree or fool.
- Spoon a portion on top of the bananas. Top with the remaining bananas, remaining yoghurt, then add the biscuits or wafers. Serve cool.
