| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 cup Minced onion
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 1 lb Ground beef or turkey
- 2 Tbs Flour
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 cn Sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup Sour cream or buttermilk

- Saute onion in margarine until golden. Stir in meat, garlic, flour, paprika, salt and pepper, and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes.
- Add soup (undiluted); simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream or buttermilk and sprinkle with parsley. Serve over rice, noodles or toast.
