Cheesy Chicken Fajita

| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 lb Chicken breasts; cut into strips
- 1 Clove garlic; minced
- 1 md Green or red pepper; cut into strips
- 1/2 cup Sliced onion
- 6 6-inch flour tortillas warmed
- 1 1/2 cup Cheddar & Monterey Jack Mexican Style Shredded cheese
- Thick and Chunky Salsa (Taco Bell brand recommended)

| Directions: |
- Directions: Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken and garlic. Cook on medium high heat 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onion. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture and 1/4 cup cheese on center of each tortilla. Serve with salsa. Makes 6 servings.
