Creamy Pesto Sauce

| Ingredients: |
- 1 pk Mori-Nu silken soft tofu drained (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Parsley stems removed
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tbs Nutritional yeast "parmesan"
- 1 oz Fresh basil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper; ground

| Directions: |
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on high approximately 30 seconds.
- Heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.
- Makes 1 1/3 cups.
- Serving size=2 tbsp
