"Guardian Angel" Torte

| Ingredients: |
- 1 pk Chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 Angel food cake; (9 or 10-inch cake)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 Tbs Confectioners' sugar
- Shaved chocolate

| Directions: |
- Combine pudding mix and milk; cok until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with condectioners sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serves 10.
