Jicama Cabbage Slaw

 
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Head red cabbage
  • 1/4 Head green cabbage
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 Jicama
  • 2 Tbs Dill
  • 1 Tbs Dill seed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper
Directions:
  1. In large bowl mix together red and green cabbage, bell pepper, jicama and fresh dill. Add dill seed, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss together well. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
