- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
- Zest from 1 orange
- 2 cup White bread flour
- 2 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 Packet/2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 Tbs Sugar or honey
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 3 tsp cinnamon
- Juice from the orange plus
- Water to make 1 1/2 cups
