Pat's Potato Stew

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cup Onion; chopped
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Celery stalk; chopped
  • 2 cup Potatoes; cubed
  • 1/4 cup Carrots; sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage; shredded
  • 1/2 cup Kale; chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Garlic clove; minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
Directions:
  1. Cook onion in water over low heat for 25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Per serving: 184 cal, 6 g prot, 38 g carb, .5 g fat (3%)
