Red Wine and Oregano Marinade

 
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 tsp. dry
  • 6 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Dry red wine
  • 3 Tbs Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbs Red wine vinegar
Directions:
  1. In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Makes 3/4 cup--enough for 4 servings of meat.
