Red Wine and Oregano Marinade |

| Ingredients: |
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 tsp. dry
- 6 Cloves garlic; minced
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Dry red wine
- 3 Tbs Soy sauce
- 1 Tbs Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs Red wine vinegar

| Directions: |
- In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Makes 3/4 cup--enough for 4 servings of meat.
