Root Beer Float Cake

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 pk White cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup Root beer
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • ROOT BEER CREAM
  • 1/4 pk Dream Whip topping mix (1 envelope)
  • 1/2 cup Chilled root beer
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Generously grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Beat dry cake mix, root beer, oil and eggs on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on high speed 2 mins. Bake 30-40 mins. until done. Cook and serve with Root Beer Cream, below. Sprinkle with crushed root-beer flavored hard candies, if desired.
  2. ROOT BEER CREAM: Beat all together on high 4 minutes or until thickened.
