- 2 Onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 6 Tbs Olive oil
- 4 Tbs Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs Or 3 T sugar
- 2 Tbs Hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- Drop onions into a large pot of boiling water. Turn off heat immediately, count rapidly to 30, and drain in a colander. Cool under running water and drain thoroughly. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together, add onions, marinate overnight. Serve at room temperature if you can remember.
