Swedish Fruit in Liqueur

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 1 pint Raspberries
  • 1 pint Strawberries
  • 1 pint Red currants
  • 1 cup (or more) granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Brandy
  • 2/3 cup Light rum unsweetened whipped cream for garnish
Directions:
  1. Swedish Fruit in Liqueur ************************
  2. Remove stems and hulls from berries. Rinse, drain, and place in glass serving bowl. Add sugar, brandy, and rum, stirring with a wooden spoon. Taste and add more sugar, if needed. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream and a generous amount of sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
